Microsoft 365
Migration, setup, licensing and day-to-day support. We move businesses onto 365 without losing email in the process, then keep it tidy — the licences you actually use, the accounts that should still exist, and nothing left open that shouldn't be.
Security
Multi-factor authentication, conditional access, endpoint protection and backup. We work to a baseline and check it holds — because most breaches we're called to weren't sophisticated, they were a password and no second factor.
Networks and Wi-Fi
Design, install and manage. Business-grade wired and wireless that covers the whole building, keeps guests off your own network, and can be looked at remotely when something goes wrong.
Hardware and software
Laptops, desktops, servers and the licences to run them, supplied and set up ready to use. We buy through the trade, so you get the right specification at a sensible price rather than whatever a retailer had in stock.
IT consultancy
Planning, budgeting and knowing what's coming. If you're too small for an IT manager but too big to wing it, we fill that gap — what to replace, when, and roughly what it'll cost.
Phone systems
Cloud phone systems and number porting, including moving off the old analogue lines before they're switched off for good. Keep your number, lose the hardware in the cupboard.
How we work
We're a small firm, and we work the way a small firm should.
1 You get a person
Not a portal and a reference number. You'll deal with the same people every time, and they'll already know how your systems are put together.
2 We tell you the boring truth
If something doesn't need replacing, we'll say so. If it does, we'll tell you why and what happens if you leave it. We'd rather lose a sale than sell you something you didn't need.
3 Remote first, on site when it matters
Most things get fixed without anyone travelling. When it genuinely needs a person in the room, we're close enough to get there quickly.
